His new President is as tall as his old one and nothing more. JCPOA is stalled until the new government of President Raisi ( the Caliphate’s)  assumes office in Tehran, Iran. The Islamic State Intelligence Ministry is testing the resolution of President Biden administration by their brazen attempt to kidnap and transport to Iran an American-Iranian dissident from the US soil.       The Manhattan District Attorney in the State of New York has indicted  five Iranian nationals for their conspiracy to kidnap and transport of an  American-Iranian  journalist from her house in Brooklyn, New York.   Mr Javad Zarif, the shortly-will-depart Foreign Minister of the Islamic State in Iran, gave his final report as to the status of the JCPOA currently ongoing with the West, the US in particular.
