The Islamic Republic of Iran is reported to have directed its proxy, Lebanese Hezbollah, to launch a rocket into Israel, tragically killing 12 young soccer players. Prime Minister Netanyahu's government promptly attributed the attack to Lebanese Hezbollah, a designated terrorist organization and a significant proxy of the Islamic Republic. Netanyahu vowed swift and severe retaliation against those responsible. "Citizens of Israel, like you, I was horrified to see the terrible images following Hezbollah's murderous attack on Majdal Shams," Netanyahu declared.   On October 7th of this year, HAMAS, a recognised terrorist organization, carried out an attack in Israel, resulting in the deaths of 1300 Israelis and individuals of other nationalities. Additionally, the took hundreds hostages. In response, Israel has launched a relentless retaliation, striking Gaza and the group without showing any mercy. We've been inundated with news coverage of the developments since. However, I've observed that no one has posed a straightforward question: Why did HAMAS choose this particular moment to launch an attack on Israel? Given that the Islamic Republic of Iran is widely recognised as the primary financial , weaponry, and training supporter of HAMAS, providing an annual sum of $100 million , it would not be unreasonable to focus attention on Tehran when considering the timing of the attack. IT IS HER ANNIVERSARY  The anniversary of the tragic death of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Iranian woman whose death in custody at the hands of the Morality Police sparked the Women, Life, Freedom movement last year, is approaching on 16 September 2023.  Last year, the international community, the West in particular led by the United State, was largely remained passive spectators.  Their behavior may be explained by an old Iranian saying that reads: "one does not wrap a head that does not ache". I would like it better to say, one does not warp a head until it aches. 2023 is full of surprises for the Ayatollahs and their IRRGC (the Republic Revolutionary Guards Corps) cronies  For the Ayatollahs' regime in Tehran, going into field playing in Putin's team against Ukraine was their last mischief the US and its Western allies could tolerate.
