There Is No Difference Between the Islamic Sunni and Shiite Terrorism

IRGC has escalated to a higher level its aggression against Israel. They attacked an Israeli oil tanker on 30 July 2021 at Oman sea. In the attack, one British along with another Romanian crew were killed.
The Israeli and US authorities are investigating the attack all signs of which points to Tehran. The UK Foreign Ministry and defense authorities also support the US and Israel in this latest better called daring adventurism of a desperate Shiite caliphate.
Whilst the Shiite Islamic State rejects the finger pointing by the three powers, the real question is why? Why did the Islamic State, its designated terrorist organisation the IRGC, decide to raise the bar, in their tit-for-tat exercise with Israel, at this particular time where its nuclear negotiations with the US and its allies are stalled at Vienna, and its newly appointed so-called president is about to assume office?
Is the Caliphate saying to the West, you are not in-a-position to cause us a serious blow at this stage?
Or is it saying that what you are demanding from us at the nuclear negotiation table is too much and the end-result for us is death-death therefore we decide to provoke you to back down? And that if you react disproportionately; we are suicidal and are going out if pushed with a reginal or perhaps international big bang?
Or does it see and choose the timing carefully to say all of the above and at the same time hopeful for the West not to overreact and wait until this guy new appointee comes to the office and talk to them in Vienna?
Notwithstanding of the questions and possible answers, one thing is certain. That that there is no difference between the Islamic Sunni (ISIS), Al-Qaeda or Taliban in Afghanistan, or Shiite terrorism!
Enough said.
